We currently ship only in India.

Domestic orders are usually dispatched in 3-5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not regarded as business days.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURNS

We do not offer any returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is placed.
If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write us within 24 hours of delivery at onlyakarkhana@gmail.com or at our operating address at Tara Towers, Near Citypride Kothrud, Pune 411038. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
All our products are partly handmade making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
